Return & Refund Policy

What We Guarantee

Every Munay Botanicals product is made with care, and we want you to feel good about what you're putting in your body. If something you bought directly from us isn't working out, let us know within 30 days of your ship date and we'll take care of a refund. This applies to purchases made through munaybotanicals.com or one of our official retail partners, for the original purchaser only — we can't extend the guarantee to items bought secondhand or through resellers we haven't authorized, since we can't vouch for how those products were stored or handled.

Before You Check Out

Orders move into fulfillment quickly, so we're not able to edit an order — including the shipping address — once it's submitted. If something needs to change, reach out right away at +1 645-218-2929 or info@munaybotanicals.com and we'll try to catch it before it ships. We can't promise a change will go through, though — once it's in processing, the safest path is usually to let it arrive and start a return.

Starting a Return

Bought directly from us? Submit our online returns form and we'll walk you through next steps.

Bought from a retailer or another authorized seller? That return needs to go through them, under their return terms — we're not able to issue refunds for purchases we didn't sell directly.

Depending on the situation, we may ask for a receipt or order confirmation, a photo of the product or packaging, or for the unused portion to be mailed back to us.

Timing and Fees

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return reaching our facility. A $7.00 return shipping fee is typically deducted from the refund — unless the product arrived damaged or we made an error, in which case we'll waive it (a quick photo of the issue helps us process that faster).

A Couple of Notes

We don't process exchanges directly through returns. If you'd like something different, return the original item as described above and place a new order for what you actually want — we'll email you once the return's been processed.
